Many of today’s life stresses are a result of external pressures. Many of these pressures have built around you without your considered consent. In this rediscovery program, we examine the effect of these pressures and strip them back to reveal the original you.

Discovering the real you also means that you can develop systems that reduce the risk of burnout.

When you invest in coaching, we work together to identify the best ways you can support your original self. We uncover your true desires and break down the barriers stopping you from reaching fulfilment.

You bring your expertise of you; I support you with my expertise in coaching and mentoring. Together, we develop the steps to your fulfilled life and work.

This is for you if you need space and time to work on the issues holding you back. You will develop the skills, and belief in yourself, to push to the next level of fulfilment.

This programme is suitable for you If you are neurodiverse this programme is ideal for you. As part of the normal coaching process, we will be looking at any areas of difficulty you experience. If you have a diagnosis, are self-diagnosed, or suspect you may be neurodivergent it is safe for you to disclose. We will explore adjustments to suit your needs.

What to Expect

3-month 1:1 program

Weekly sessions of one hour each.

In the first few sessions, we will check out your stress levels and work to reduce them, so you are energised to manage life and get the most from this program. There are many ways to deal with any immediate crisis.

When you are ready we will start clarifying the vision for your future fulfilment. We will gain an understanding of what is getting in the way of achieving your dream. You will explore ideas that move you towards your vision and explore how you will test these ideas in the real world.

You develop and maintain an action plan. Which ideas will you test out next?

After the initial discovery phase, you choose the agenda for each session. We examine current, real-life, experiences. What is working and what isn’t? I am your support and guide as you develop the skills and strengths you need to move forwards.

During the program, I help you develop self-coaching tools, which will continue to enhance your life well beyond the end of the programme.

Sessions are available as phone calls or via a video link with an easy-to-use, reliable service. This frees you from the constraints and stresses of travel, allowing you the flexibility to meet anywhere you have Wi-Fi or phone signal. A laptop, tablet, or phone, with a camera, is all you need.

Self-care and self-compassion are essential to your health and self-development. Looking after your mind and body gives you the energy to live life and to succeed whilst you do.

Self-compassion allows you to see yourself as human, learn from mistakes and leave negative judgements and perfectionism behind.
