What to Expect
3 month 1:1 program
Weekly sessions of one hour each.
In the first few sessions we will clarify your vision for your future fulfillment. We will gain an understanding of what is getting in the way of achieving your vision. You will explore ideas that move you towards your vision and explore how you will test these ideas in the real world.
You develop and maintain an action plan. Which ideas will you test out next?
After the initial discovery phase, you choose the agenda for each of the following sessions. We examine current, real-life, experiences. What is working and what isn’t? I support you as you develop the skills and strengths you need to move forwards.
During the program I help you develop self-coaching tools which will continue to enhance your life well beyond the end of the programme.
Sessions are on a video link with an easy-to-use, reliable service. This frees you from the constraints and stresses of travel, allowing you the flexibility to meet anywhere you have a Wi-Fi or phone signal. A laptop, tablet, or phone, with a camera, is all you need.
Your sessions will be infused with the three main factors leading to fulfilment:

What’s important to you?
What does success look like to you?
You will benefit from a deeper understanding of yourself and how your actions and values can have a compounding effect on you and those around you.
What systems do you already use?
What habits do you already have?
Which habits work for you and which ones don’t?
We’ll develop systems that work and habits that help.
Self-care and self-compassion are important to your health and self-development. Looking after your mind and body gives you the energy to live life and to succeed whilst you do.
Self-compassion allows you to see yourself as human, learn from mistakes and leave negative judgements and perfectionism behind.
